  5. Describe office locations.
  6. Discuss use of NP’s and supervisory responsibility.
  7. Explain the office hours, work and call schedule. Any flexibility?
  8. Describe if practice will be inpatient and outpatient or one or the other only.
  9. Explain what procedures are performed and what equipment is available.
  10. Describe the number of procedures performed per week.
  11. Explain referral patterns.
  12. Describe how many patients per week NP will be expected to see.
