They collaborate with management to develop criteria for patient care, assess the health needs of patients, and evaluate nursing interventions to achieve optimal nursing practice outcomes, while prioritizing work to accomplish initiatives and achieve department goals.

Qualifications:

MSN; current Washington state RN licensure; minimum of 5 years of pediatric nursing experience; BLS certification; previous CNS experience and national certification in specialty area preferred.
