We currently have a position for a Clinical Nurse Specialist in the CICU. It is a new 13 bed unit that provides comprehensive cardiac care to patients, from neonates to young adults, recovering from heart surgery and those with critical cardiac disease. The CICU provides state-of-the-art recovery and monitoring techniques designed specifically for the recovering pediatric cardiac surgery patient, employing the latest technologies. The CICU staff includes an interdisciplinary team, with specialized nurses from the Divisions of Critical Care, Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery readily available.

Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nursing. Minimum 5 years experience with 3 years in the care of cardiac patients. Licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the State.
