This leading children's hospital has an opportunity for a Nurse Manager in their Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. This hospital is ranked among the leading children's hospitals in the nation, providing state-of-the-art care for children who come to them for treatment. The PICU of this leading children’s hospital provides family-centered critical care to its patients from neonates to age 18. It is a 27 bed unit (21 single and 3 two patient rooms). The Nurse Manager manages patient care services for acutely ill medical and surgical patients who require specialized nursing care, working with a team of pediatric intensivists (ICU physicians) and residents who are in the hospital 24/7. Responsibilities include personnel management, fiscal management and development of programs and services, including hospital performance improvement programs

Qualifications:
