There is currently an opportunity for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the Pain Relief Program at this leading children’s hospital. This is a 147 bed hospital and the only health care facility in the region specifically serving the needs of children. They believe the most important thing in the world is a child’s health and giving children the care they deserve. They are committed to providing the highest quality patient and family-focused care to children in need of pain management.

The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Pain Management at this leading children’s hospital will be working with a multidisciplinary team that evaluates and manages pain in children. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the assessment, evaluation and treatment of pain, assisting in pain management procedures and delivery systems.

Qualifications:
Two years of pediatric pain management experience required; current State of Connecticut PA, PNP or APRN licensure required; current BLS/CPR in infant, child and adult, preferred; PALS certification within six months of hire required;
