Jill Gilliland possesses expertise in the pediatric nursing field and industry knowledge of children’s hospitals, physician groups, and pediatric clinics. She understands organizational structures, advanced practice management, billing, roles, relationships, and the employment needs of chief nursing officers, directors, managers, and physicians. She has a proven track record in recruitment of pediatric advanced practice nurses and nursing leaders. She is an avid supporter of NAPNAP, AONE, APHON, AACN, SPCN, and AAP in addition to attending and sponsoring many of their conferences.

She has over 12 years of experience in the recruiting industry coupled with a strong sales, healthcare, and technology background. Client Services Manager
Sharla Jepkes is our Client Services Manager and has been with Melnic for over 11 years. Sharla has strong interpersonal communication skills and a solid understanding of pediatric healthcare. She is committed to providing the best customer service and helping our clients and candidates in the matchmaking process. Her professionalism is a companion to her integrity, and she treats all of our clients and candidates with respect, kindness and promptness.
Sharla’s 13 years of experience as an Office Manager in the healthcare industry and 12 years of experience in Human Resources provide a strong industry knowledge and recruiting background. Sharla is also a professional musician/recording artist, has her own band, and volunteers with Mount Evans Hospice, singing for patients of all ages in the hospice setting. Sharla and her husband live in the foothills of Denver, CO and are passionate about hiking and volunteering together. Melnic Consulting Group is delighted to have Sharla on our team.
With a strong background in the recruiting industry, Jace thrives on placing top-tier candidates into their dream jobs. He is skilled in the art of recruiting, and sees himself more as a “career matchmaker,” than a traditional recruiter. His love for people and attention to detail allow him to hone in on the fine details that are often overlooked in a candidate’s job search – resulting in more than just a job placement, but a true career match.
Jace graduated with a BSBA from the Daniels School of Business at the University of Denver in 2014 where he was a Collegiate All-American Rugby player. After graduating, he began his recruiting career while also playing semi-professional Rugby on the side. In his spare time, Jace likes to seek out adventure in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado with his wife, Taylor. On a typical weekend, they can be found backcountry snowboarding, camping, or climbing one of Colorado’s 14,000’ peaks (or all of the above).
Audrey Branch is our Marketing and Event Coordinator. She is committed to customer service and professionalism. She helps develop our social media marketing plan, maintain references, and coordinate the planning of conferences and nursing school visits. Her passion for the healthcare field, coupled with her love for graphic design and photography, allow her skills and creative eye to enhance our marketing strategies. She is very eager to learn and grow in new circumstances.
Prior to working for Melnic, she served in the United States Navy, as an Aviation Mechanic, working on jets and helicopters. In addition to becoming a master mechanic, Audrey was also a career counselor and trainer, responsible for guiding other sailors in their Navy careers, and assuring they had the knowledge required to do their jobs. She loves to volunteer with her family ministry at church and grow her photography portfolio on the side. Melnic is proud to call her a part of our team.
Dodie Sampson is our Executive Marketing Specialist. Her extensive background in human resources, training and development, and corporate communications led to her current role with Melnic Consulting. She is committed to being sure those who come to Melnic in their pediatric nursing job searches have the tools they need through our website and job postings that will lead them to a successful placement experience. Dodie enjoys using her excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to help build strong client relationships with those special people
Britt Mangold is our Marketing Contractor. She has over 15 years of experience in marketing, business administration, and client services. Most recently, she specialized in healthcare communications as an agency account director serving several multinational biotechnology companies.
Britt is excited to be working on content development and digital marketing strategies for Melnic Consulting Group through her business, Intrepid Communications. Britt holds a B.A. degree in English and Communications from Grove City College in Pennsylvania. Melnic Consulting Group is delighted to have Britt on our team.
