Our 2018 Advanced Practice Salary Guide surveyed over 970 APRNs and PAs from across the country. The aggregated data suggests that APRNs and PAs, trend toward the following incremental increases, regardless of specialty area.
- During the first two years on the job, expect your salary to go up by $3,000
- As you reach five years of experience, your salary could grow by an additional $6,000
- Between five and ten years of experience, you can look forward to $10,000 more
- Then, with ten years experience, you can expect an additional $8,000 to be added to your salary
