Leadership Development Program
The Nurse Leader Academy’s leadership development program is uniquely designed to focus on areas where every nurse leader actually spends their time, giving them real-world skills that they can apply immediately and see results.
5 Pillars of Leadership Training
The Nurse Leader Academy is organized into 41 CE-eligible courses across 5 pillars:
2) Quality Improvement and Patient Safety
3) The Cost and Business of Healthcare
4) Patient Experience
5) Professional Practice and Advocacy
Our courses further the Inspire Nurse Leaders™ mission to help nurse leaders and nursing departments become their best by teaching learners how to grow as a transformational leader, implement and sustain change, improve patient outcomes, develop and implement a patient satisfaction strategy, create a culture of accountability, build and nurture a healthy work environment, develop more effective staffing models, and improve financial acumen.
Courses are available for both individual learners and organizations. The Academy is offered through a partnership with Synova Associates LLC. Synova is a Nurse Leader Education Company that holds events, webinars, Town Halls and training events globally to help nurses understand the importance of culture, leadership, team development and peer support.
