City & Neighborhoods –
There are several different neighborhoods in Omaha, Nebraska. Like most cities – they are broken down into different sections of the city, some of them include, Old Market, Aksarben Village, Midtown Crossing, and Black Stone district.
Aksarben Village
Aksarben is where a lot of young tech companies and singles are moving in. It’s only 5 minutes from the hospitals in the area and the UNO business school as well. There are tons of adorable apartments, townhomes, and small houses to rent, with great amenities.
Old Market
Amazing lofts, great restaurants, and a great neighborhood to hang out in and experience a true Omaha nightlife. If you prefer living in a downtown area – this is the place for you!
Dundee
This is a great old neighborhood- people have a strong affinity for this area and are proud to live there. Flats and small homes for rent and it’s a very hip area in the city. Great location to everything, but if you’re looking for suburbia – it is a drive away.
