Stay Home, What to Do for Fun and Self-Care During a Global Pandemic
Support our healthcare workers by staying home

It’s hard to keep up with the news surrounding COVID-19. New changes are happening every day. California counties have adopted “Shelters in Place”, schools are closed nationwide, and most people who can now work from home. In order to “flatten the curve” and slow the spread of COVID-19, we must adapt to these changes and all work together—starting by staying home. Cooperation and adaptability are vital strengths to help us thrive as a nation and decrease the impact on the healthcare system. In a time of fear and uncertainty, we must adapt to these changes by seeking solutions rather than resisting them. Staying home may even give us the opportunity to decrease the stress of a fast-paced life. But for some, quarantining themselves or “social distancing” may be easier than for others. We’ve come up with a list of ways to still have fun and stay healthy while making necessary changes in our day-to-day lives, slowing the spread of COVID-19, and lowering the impact on the healthcare system.
